Dee Pennington began her career at Dallas Credit Union in 1980 as a teller. During her tenure, she worked as a teller, senior teller, loan clerk, loan officer, collection officer, Vice President of Operations, Vice President, and now President/CEO.

Dee leads a staff of employees dedicated to serving your financial needs.

Shelia Ray, is DCU's Chief Financial Officer. She started at DCU in 1982 as a clerk typist. She worked as Admin Aid, Senior Accountant and became CFO in 2004.

Kim Maxwell, is DCU's Operations Supervisor. She started her employment with DCU in 1993 as a temporary employee and became a full-time employee in 1994 as a teller. In April of 1994 she became a Loan Officer and in 2004 was promoted to the Lending Supervisor position and now she is our Operations Supervisor.
