Because of our 2002 expansion, we now use the name Dallas Credit Union. By adding service to anyone who lives, works, attends church or school in the downtown Dallas community to our field of membership, we can better serve you with increased low cost, cutting edge financial services. We are looking forward to the opportunity to reach out to those in the community who do not presently enjoy the benefits of credit union membership.
In addition to serving our main sponsors and the downtown Dallas community, we also have a number of small employee groups. If you are part of any of these groups or are a family member, you can open a DCU account.
Your credit union is a full service financial institution offering a variety of savings and lending products. We use our website, home banking, e-mail, fax and our 24-hour Data Line (Audio Response phone service) to deliver these products and services with ease and convenience. We continue to serve members from all across the nation without having to come into the credit union office. DCU is also a member of the Shared Branching Network, which allows its members to bank at participating credit unions around the nation.
