I want to express my gratitude to you for personally coming to my home to complete the “wire transfer form” on Friday, June 27, 2014, so that money could be transferred by the deadline (3:00 p.m.). I cannot imagine that any other financial organization would have done this. As I explained when I called at about 1:45 p.m., I did not know a signed approval form was required to wire money. At the time, I was in the middle of an out-of-state real estate transaction with a mobile notary on the way to my home to complete documents. When I informed you of the situation, you simply asked the approximate location of where I lived and said, “I am on my way.” The service you provided is “unbelievable.”
With your assistance, the real estate transaction in Ashland, Oregon, was successfully closed and my daughter and granddaughter have moved to the property.d

The Dallas Credit Union always makes me feel like a VIP. Whether I am making a large or small transaction I feel like I am getting very customized special treatment. I had an unusual issue with a car dealership during a recent purchase, and the DCU loan officer, Michelle, with her friendly professional interactions actually helped make the process easy. What would normally be a stressful situation turned into a positive experience because of the outstanding customer care and incredible rate!
I have worked with Dee Pennington and several of her team members in a total of 6 transactions personally and have continued to refer my family, friends and clients for various loan programs. As a loan officer in the financial industry I am very picky about whom I work with as I hold my industry in a high regard and demand the type of efficiency and communication that I expect from my own team. I have been a DCU member since 2003 and since that time, I have observed numerous interactions between DCU customers and staff. I have noted that DCU staff always greet visitors with a warm smile and treat them with the utmost amount of courtesy and respect. I have also observed the efficient manner in which front-end operations are managed as staff consistently take steps to ensure visitor wait times are minimized while still rendering proficient customer service. All of the employees that I have had personal interactions with while visiting the DCU, most notably, Lisa, Alli, Sharonda, and Jenni, have been positive in nature as each employee was knowledgeable and professional and always went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my needs were properly addressed. Moreover, I am particularly thankful for the many customer appreciation events that are sponsored by the DCU throughout the year. I believe these activities assist in fostering a more cohesive relationship with DCU and its membership. It is my assertion that the high level of service and support that DCU staff consistently renders is a direct reflection of strong leadership, effective training, and a unwavering commitment to excellence. My experience with Dallas Credit Union couldn't have been better when I bought my new car. You are wonderful to work with and actually make buying a car an enjoyable experience.
I have been a member of Dallas Credit Union for 30 years. DCU has been woven throughout the financial history of my life and family. In the 70's, DCU provided a consolidation loan so that individual bills would not become overwhelming. DCU was there when my family purchased our first home, making it a pleasant and uncomplicated experience. Occasional vehicle loans were also rapidly processed through the years as needed. Later, a Money Market account and CD account helped create more solid financial growth for our family savings, offering far better rates of interest than local banks. Having a strong, solid, dependable credit union has provided a sense of financial security for my family for 30 years. The consistent friendly, reliable service provided by DCU personnel creates an atmosphere of family rather than an impersonal financial institution. Anyone reading this should consider making DCU a part of your financial experience. You too, in time, can look back over the years and find real satisfaction in having made a wise choice.
I love having the credit union for my auto loans. It does not get any easier to get a car loan- at least for us- with DCU. It's so great not having to work with the finance guys at a dealership who are still trying to 'work' your deal. I just tell them I have a credit union and they can never beat the interest rate. I like that DCU is small and I can create a relationship with the loan officer. Getting our auto loans financed with DCU is fast, easy, worry free, and the best interest rate. Also, our income is seasonal, so I pay on our auto loan ahead during the summer which allows me to skip a payment in the winter. Not all loan companies would allow me to do this. I am SO grateful to DCU for this.

My mother has been a member of DCU for years and I just bought my car through the credit union. Mom was right, it couldn't have been easier.
I have been a member of Dallas CU for MANY years. Various staff members have helped me with multiple questions and financial service opportunities. Because of the various "life situations" I have encountered, I haven't always paid close attention to my personal finances, etc, i.e., my check was deposited in my checking - I wrote checks (I was never good at math.) I let DCU do the rest. In spite of my neglect and ignorance of banking functions and procedures, I have depended on and appreciated DCU staff to 'do the right thing' for me and process my account correctly. I have never been denied any service or assistance for which I qualify. Thank you to all staff that I talk with for your loyalty and service to all members.
I have done business with the Dallas Credit Union for 39 years. I recently asked the credit union to help me buy a Jeep Rubicon by phone with a dealer in Ashville, NC. Your Loan Officer was wonderful, but this has always been true from the very first time I needed help in September 1967. I think they can do just about anything (as long as it's legal.) I can recount many times the credit union has helped me and my family. What a blessing to know you are there. Thanks, guys!
I want to brag on Kim Maxwell and show you my appreciation to her. Kim stayed AFTER hours on Tuesday to help me get my loan complete and understood. She received faxes from the dealer, she faxed back, so on and so forth, and never once did I feel like I was putting her out. Not to mention she is going to MEET me tomorrow to finalize the paperwork/loan. Dee, because of individuals like you and Kim, I will continue to support Dallas Credit Union. I will be sure to let folks know you have a wonderful organization who values its member's. For that I thank you!
