How do I request Neighborhood CU documents?
Upon request, members can review the most recent version of the following documents. They can be requested in person at one of our branches or if you would prefer to send a written request, please send requests to: Neighborhood Credit Union, P.O. Box 803476, Dallas, TX 75380-3476.
- Balance sheet and income statement
- Summary of the most recent annual audit
- Written board policy regarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies and copies, thereof
- Internal Revenue Service Form 990
