How do I securely upload a file?
When you need to upload a file or document to Neighborhood Credit Union securely, members can utilize their Online Banking and the MyNCU Mobile App. Accepted file type extensions are CSV, DOCX, JPG, PDF, PNG, TXT, and XLSX. The maximum upload file size is 50 megabytes and you will receive an email notification of the file upload.
To securely upload a file:
- MyNCU Mobile App: Tap the More menu, then Upload a Document.
- Online Banking: Under the Additional Services tab, click Upload a Document.
