How do I reset my login information from the MyNCU Mobile App?
Need to reset your password or forgot your user ID? That's ok, access the Forgot Login link right on the MyNCU Mobile App login screen.
- Tap Forgot Login from the MyNCU Mobile App login screen.
- To reset your password, fill in your mobile phone number (it must be in our system to work) and type in your User ID. Tap to select Send Me New Password.
- To find your User ID, bypass Step 2 and select Forgot User ID at the bottom of your screen. Fill in your email address and tap Send.
